This delicious BBQ cheeseburger was a very popular menu item at the original Clay's Restaurant which opened in 1970 in the tiny town of Adelanto on the high desert in Southern California. Created by Virginia, (Ginnie Mae) the Clay Burger featured her unique spices, (Ginnie Mae's Kitchen Blend & Tru-S.P.G.) with Clay's Smokehouse Ketchup and our original BBQ Sauce.
