If for some reason you’re not satisfied or unhappy with our product(s), please email us at support@clayfamilyrecipes.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Ensure to attach your proof of purchase/receipt and provide a detailed description or photographs of the issue for us to start your return claim.

We accept returns only for unused and unopened products, either individually purchased or from our bundles. Opened and/or used items cannot be returned.
