You’re probably wondering why we call this spice blend “The Other Burger Rub”! Well, the main reason is because we not only like it on beef, we LOVE it on every kind of burger other than beef: veggie, turkey, black bean, salmon, chicken, you name it. It features minced and roasted garlic, red bell pepper, and saucy worcestershire flavors. Yum!
How the Clay Family Uses It:
- Mix it in with the meat when you make meatloaf (and add our smokehouse ketchup at the end!)
